بحث الأستاذ سامي الكيلاني مدير دائرة العلاقات العامه خلال زيارته لفرنسا في الفترة من 21-26/2/2004، آفاق التعاون مع معهد MedFil للعلوم الإنسانية، وجرت خلال الزيارة عدة اجتماعات، منها اجتماع مع منسقة كونسورتيوم الجامعات الأوروبية- المتوسطية والذي تشارك فيه الجامعة من خلال مشروع دبلوم التدريب الدولي المتعدد المجالات.

كما زار الأستاذ الكيلاني المعهد الوطني للتدريب والتطبيق حيث التقى مع منسقة البرامج الاجتماعية ومنسقة الدورات المهنية التمكينية، كما التقى مع عدد من مندوبي اللجان والهيئات المحلية التي تعمل على مناصرة القضية الفلسطينية والذين يعملون كلجنة تضامن في إحدى المناطق الباريسية.

كما جرى خلال زيارته التباحث في الخطوات التطبيقية للمشروع الذي تمت الموافقة عليه في مجال التدريب المهني بين مركز الخدمة المجتمعية معهد MedFil وبدعم من وزارة الخارجية الفرنسية، ويتمثل المشروع بعدد من الزيارات المتبادلة، وشراء تجهيزات لقاعة تدريب دائمة لمركز الخدمة المجتمعية، ونواة لمكتبة متخصصة.
